That list again !

bullet

Fit wing flashings and underside skin holes

Drill and shape holes for flap rods

bullet

File flap skin edge to make sure of clearance against fuselage once painted

bullet

Nut plates for exterior trim

Fitting the wing trims was a little tricky they were very tight.  Bob helped to get the spacing right and then edge distance would also be correct

I had not marked out the rivet holes as it said in the plans.  No way was I going to take the wings off again, so out came the 24" drills for the first time ever I think.  They bend a treat and with the use of a mirror I managed to get the point in the hole.  Couple of pictures below show what I mean.  The underneath holes were drilled from the top !

Rest of the holes are a doddle.  Remember to take 2 screws out of the fuel tank at the right point !

Then I started the process of creating the holes for the flap rod in the side and bottom of the fuselage.
