Fitting the wing trims was a
little tricky they were very tight. Bob helped to get the
spacing right and then edge distance would also be correct
I had not marked out the rivet holes as it said in
the plans. No way was I going to take the wings off again,
so out came the 24" drills for the first time ever I think.
They bend a treat and with the use of a mirror I managed to get
the point in the hole. Couple of pictures below show what I
mean. The underneath holes were drilled from the top !
Rest of the holes are a doddle. Remember to
take 2 screws out of the fuel tank at the right point !
Then I started the process of creating the holes
for the flap rod in the side and bottom of the fuselage.
